He gained successfully twenty years of experience in Hospitality, developing his skills not only in the kitchen, with his aptitude for choosing raw materials and using organic, seasonal and local products; but also his wine knowledge and passion for great service.
Our managing director and founder Cedric comes from Paris, France and has been working for 15 years in hospitality and events. With a robust background in event planning and catering, in Paris and all over the world, he has gained a profound appreciation for the significance of providing exceptional experiences to clients.
